Can I have my order rushed?

Of course! We offer expedited shipping at checkout.

 

Can I request a specific delivery date?

We would be happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a specified window of your desired date. Email us at Customer Care and we will do all that we can to make this happen.

When will I get my order?
Typically, orders take 2 days to process and 2-6 days to ship via standard ground shipping, depending on your ship to location. If you’re in a pinch, email us at Customer Care, and we’ll see what we can do.

If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 2pm EST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.

How much does expedited shipping cost?

Expedited shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the gift you choose as well as your final destination.  You will be able to see the pricing options at checkout. 

My tracking number says the gift was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn’t get it, our customer care team will do everything in our power to locate it by calling the carrier and even the intended delivery building to give you all the information you need. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that’s out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’d be happy to the same on our end.

Do you ship internationally?
We always have and always will. We love getting kudos from around the world. 

Can you include a personalized note in my order?

Yes, we can include your personal note - simply write it in the box when you check out. Your sentiment is handwritten on a note card and placed within your box when shipped. We also offer personalized cards at checkout. 

Help, I accidentally supplied the incorrect information––can I make changes to my order?

We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already sent your order out (our processing time is 1-2 business days). We understand that you may need to make some changes to your order such as incorrect address or name. Please email us at Customer Care and we’ll do everything we can to help.
 

What is your return policy?
At Bows & Arrows, it is our passion to make giving and receiving gifts a beautiful experience. We unconditionally guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery, and we are here to make certain that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied. If a gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact us and we’ll do all we can to make it right.

 

My box is a gift, I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown to the recipient. We will never include receipts or packing slips inside our shipments. We guarantee that your recipient will never receive a package that has pricing listed anywhere.
 

How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed online, you will receive an order confirmation emailed to your address which will include a tracking number.

Will my recipient receive anything via email so they are alerted that a gift is on it’s way? Not at all! Our process allows for the recipient to be surprised at their gift delivery - unless you reach out to them on your own. They do not receive any details from us except the actual gift.
