UNTITLED HEADS ON CANVAS by Ross Brodar, Acrylic on Canvas.  This awesome series of individual and unique heads on canvas are a huge hit at the Outsider Art Fair, and can now be added to your gift box as a valuable edition of original work. Each head fits into a canvas bag and can fit inside any large or small box in our entire collection!

Ross Brodar came to America’s attention when in 2008 he was featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal as the outsider artist who, uninvited to the show, dared to exhibit from a truck outside the exclusive Outsider Art Fair in New York City. A high school athlete from a middle-class suburban home, he was expelled from school after stealing and crashing his art teacher’s car. He was sentenced to time in a "therapeutic community” where, ironically and fortuitously, he became interested in art. Released in 1990, he moved to Brooklyn where he ran an after-hours club, collected debts for a fish wholesaler and continued to produce art. Brodar has had his work shown at the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore, Full Moon Arts Center, East Moriches, NY and the Outsider Art Fairs in both New York and Paris. He now lives and works in Bethlehem, PA.
